(redirected from About.BoardOfDirectors) The PSD Board is elected at the annual meeting. It consists of four officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer) and five other Directors. The UUA Trustee, District Executive, and Lifetime Program Director serve as non-voting members of the Board. The Board runs the business affairs of the District and serves as a planning and policy authority, and appoints most of the other positions in the District. The Board meets three times a year. The Executive Committee consists of the four District officers (together with the UUA Trustee, District Executive, and Lifetime Program Director as non-voting members). The Executive Committee is empowered to act on behalf of the District between meetings of the corporation and its Board of Directors.
