Registration Options
- Adults can register by mail (with a check) or electronically (with a credit card).
- Adults registering before March 16, 2007 will receive a $15 discount.
- Registration does not cover hotel reservations: you must make reservations separately. A discounted rate of $99 per night per room for one to four occupants is available at the Marriott. Children under age 18 may stay free with a parent. Rooms must be reserved by March 16, 2007. See General Info for more information.
- Delegate accreditation must be done by a congregation officer. This is separate from and in addition to conference registration. The required passwords have been sent by mail.
Registration by mail
- You can use these PDF files to print out registration forms to be mailed with checks. (The forms are also included in the Conference Brochure PDF file above.) The mailing address is on the Conference registration form (and also below).
- Each adult registering by mail must send in a Conference registration form.
- Each youth registering by mail must send in both the Conference registration form and the Youth permission form.
- Registration forms must be accompanied by check made out to:
