Registration

Registration Fees

Adult

$135 per adult March 21 or before
$150 per adult after March 21

Youth  (Grades 7 to 12)

$60 per youth

Child care

$50 for infant to kindergarten
$40 for Grades 1 to 6

Registration Deadlines

• The deadline for the early registration Adult rate ($135) is March 21, 2008.
• The deadline for Youth registrations has been extended to April 4, 2008.
• The deadline for Adult registrations requesting child care is April 1, 2008.

Online Registration

You are encouraged to register online and pay by credit card.

Please Note:  Registrations for Adults wanting child care and for Youth can be made online, but in addition you must mail in the Child Permission or Youth Permission forms below (as appropriate) in order to complete the registration process. (These forms require parental signatures, which we cannot process online.) Please add a note on these forms saying that you have registered online. The deadline for these additional forms is April 1, 2008.

T-Shirts

The conference T-Shirt can be ordered when you register (either electronically or by mail), or it can be ordered separately by sending in just that form with payment. The price is $12 if ordered by April 7, or $15 at the conference. (Shirts will not be shipped — you must pick them up at the conference.)

Accommodations

Don’t forget to make arrangements for accommodations in Omaha. See General Info for information about the conference hotel and how to make reservations there. The deadline for the conference rate at the hotel is March 21, 2008.
