Registration

Registration Fees

Adult

$130 per adult on or before March 6, 2009
$150 per adult thereafter

Youth  (Grades 7 to 12)

$60 per youth

Child Care

$60 for Friday evening and the full day on Saturday
$40 for Friday evening and the morning only on Saturday

Registration fees do not include accomodations.

Registration Deadlines

• The deadline for the Adult Early Registration rate ($130) is March 6, 2009
• The deadline for the conference rate at the hotel is March 6, 2009
• The deadline for Youth Registrations is March 16, 2009
• The deadline for Adult Registrations requesting child care is March 16, 2009
• The deadline for mailed registrations is March 20, 2009
• The deadline for online registrations is noon on Thursday, April 2, 2009
• Adult walk-in registrations will be accepted but must pay by check or cash only.

Online Registration

You are encouraged to register online and pay by credit card.

Please Note:  Registrations for Adults wanting child care and registrations for Youth can be made online, but in addition you must mail in the Child Permission or Youth Permission forms below (as appropriate) in order to complete the registration process. (These forms require parental signatures, which we cannot process online.) Please note on these forms saying that you have registered online. The deadline for these additional forms is March 16, 2009.

Online registration will close at noon on Thursday, April 2, 2009.

Registration by Mail

If you prefer, you may print the following forms and pay by check.

Accommodations

Don’t forget to make arrangements for accommodations in Duluth. See General Info for information about the conference hotel and how to make reservations there. The deadline for the conference rate at the hotel is March 6, 2009.

Cancellations

To cancel a Conference Registration email Jan Magree, the registrar, registrar@psduua.org.

• If the cancellation is received by March 27, fees will be refunded less a $10 processing fee.
• If the cancellation is received after March 27, fees will not be refunded.

Application for Exhibit Space

We are no longer accepting applications for exhibit space.

Roster of Attendees

The attendee roster that was in the registration packets had only names and congregations -- this was intentional. If you would like a full roster including contact information, you may download the roster here (PDF) but you will need a password to open it. Request the password from our Web Coordinator.
