| March 14 (extended to March 21) | Reservation deadline for DoubleTree Hotel at conference rates (See Accommodations) |
| March 14 | Deadline for receipt of materials from pre-approved committees and organizations to be printed and inserted in official conference registration packet. (To request space in the packet, contact the District office info [at] psduua [dot] org by March 9.) NOTE: If you have been approved but miss this deadline, you may bring already-copied handouts and materials to be set out at registration and picked up by registrants as they pick up their pre-printed conference packets. |

| April 4, at 4:00 PM | Final deadline to receive Youth Parental Permission, Youth Conduct Agreement, and Youth Sponsor Code of Ethics forms. |

| April 10, at 11:30 AM | Deadline to accredit congregational delegates who will have voting privileges at the Annual Business Meeting. |
| 6 PM of the day of your reservation | Final deadline for canceling a reservation at the DoubleTree Hotel without penalty. After 6 pm, the hotel will charge you for one night’s stay. |
