Exhibit Space at PSD Annual Conference 2012

If you are interested in having an exhibit table, you need to complete this application form and pay the appropriate exhibit fee. Exhibitors who want to participate in any part of the Conference (such as listen to a speaker, attend a workshop, or have a conference meal) must also register for the Conference.

Information for Potential Exhibitors

Exhibits will be open Saturday, April 14, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. (setup will be 7:00 to 8:00 AM)

Exhibitors will be notified after March 18, whether their application has been accepted. If the application is not accepted, the fee will be refunded.

Prairie Star District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dismiss, prohibit, or evict any exhibit or exhibitor that does not conform to the dignity and general business character of the Prairie Star District Annual Conference or to the stated principles of the Unitarian Universalist Association.

What is Provided for Exhibits

Exhibits will be in the Ballroom East Corridor.   Tables are 6 feet by 30 inches and will be skirted. You will be provided one table and one chair.  You may hang a sign on the curtain behind the table.  Please ensure the hanging of the sign does not damage the curtain in any way.

Set Up and Tear Down

Exhibitors can set up any time after 7:00 AM on Saturday.  Exhibits should be torn down by 5:30 PM on Saturday. If you anticipate difficulty with the tear down time, contact Linda Douglas (see below).

Applications will be accepted until March 18.
