Before You Register

Please see the Important Information page (for information about meals, choir, accessibility, and more) and the information below.

Registration Fees

Advance registration fees include all programming and four meals. Walk-in (day of conference) registrations do NOT include meals.)

Registration fees do NOT include the cost of Accommodations.

  • Adult (age 36 and over)
    • $155 per adult on or before March 14, 2012
    • $175 per adult March 15 to April 4, 2012
    • $175 per adult at the conference on April 13 or 14 (Walk-in registration does NOT include meals.)
  • Young Adult (ages 18 through 35)
    • $125 per young adult on or before March 14, 2012
    • $145 per young adult March 15 to April 4, 2012
    • $145 per young adult at the conference on April 13 or 14 (Walk-in registration does NOT include meals.)
  • Youth (Grades 7 through 12)
    • $50 per youth on or before March 14, 2012
    • $60 per youth  March 15 to April 4, 2012
    • There will be NO walk-in registration for youth
  • Child (Grade 6 and under)
    • $25 per child accompanied by a registered adult 
    • Child registrations will NOT be accepted after March 14, 2012

  • Discounted early registration deadline:  March 14, 2012, 11:59 PM

  • Youth registration closes: April 4, 2012, 4:00 PM
  • Online registration closes:  April 4, 2012, 11:59 PM
  • Adult and young adult walk-in registrations will be accepted at the conference on April 13 and 14 (until 9:00 AM), at the regular registration rates but will NOT include meals.

How to Register

Registration is now closed.

On Site Check-in

  • Conference registration and check-in will be at the DoubleTree Hotel.
  • Conference registration and check-in will be open from 4:00  to 7:00 PM Friday and from 7:00  to 9:00 AM on Saturday.
  • Participants who have been named as delegates by their congregation must sign-in at the conference check-in table by 7:30 AM on Saturday in order to be able to vote at the Annual Business Meeting.

Accommodations

  • Don’t forget to make arrangements for accommodations in Bloomington. See Accommodations for information about the conference hotel and how to make reservations there, or for information about how to share a room.
  • The deadline to reserve a room at the conference rate at the DoubleTree Hotel is March 14, 2012.

Photo Release

By registering for the conference you are agreeing to be photographed. Videos and photos may be used on the PSD and the UUA web site and in PSD and UUA print publications. If you have serious concerns about your picture being used, please contact the Conference Registrar, Mary Engelmann, mary [dot] engelmann01 [at] gmail [dot] com, or 763-208-9711, prior to the conference. You will need to let us know some way to identify you (perhaps a distinctive jacket or hat) during the conference so that we will know not to use your picture.

To cancel a Conference Registration, contact the Conference Registrar, Mary Engelmann, mary [dot] engelmann01 [at] gmail [dot] com  or 763-208-9711

  • If we receive your cancellation on or before April 4, we will refund your fees less a $20 processing fee.
  • If you cancel after April 4, or we receive your cancellation after that date, we will be unable to refund your fees.
  • Hotel reservations must be canceled with the hotel.
