If you would like to experience Camp StarTrail, but can’t come for the whole week, partial week attendance is possible. You can register for one day or several days.
Partial Week Fee Schedule
Total Cost consists of Registration Fee based on age plus Food and Lodging Fee based on housing choice.
Registration Fees:
- Adults (over 35) – $30 per person/per day
- Young Adults (18 to 35) – $20 per person/per day
- Youth (13 -17) – $10 per person/per day
- Children (5 -12) and Infants (4 and under) – no charge
There is no late fee for partial week registrations.
Food and Lodging Fees:
- Day Use (for meals only and no lodging): $30 per person/per day
- Campground: $50 per person/per day
- Spring Cabins: $55 per person/per day
- Angel’s Gulch: $60 per person/per day
- Sjogren: $60 per person/per day plus surcharge of $30 per day for each room
- Swanson Center is not available for partial week participants
At registration you can express preferences for housing. Housing will be assigned by Camp Staff. Camp staff will try to honor your housing preferences, but it may not be possible because there is limited space in each building.

- Swanson Center is not available for partial week participants.
- The Fee information on the Housing Options page is only for full week registration. Fees in chart above include lodging costs for each option. There are no additional discounts or premiums for the partial week fees.

Partial Week Registration
Registration for 2009 is closed. If space is still available at camp, it may still be possible to register with permission.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
To cancel a registration, notify Camp Registrar, Bob Miller, at rmiller1@kc.rr.com or by phone at 816-561-4615.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations before April 1, 2009
- The Food and Lodging fees paid will be refunded in full. Registration Fees will be refunded less a $25 processing fee for each youth, young adult, and adult.
- Cancellations from April 1 to May 27, 2009
- The Food and Lodging fees paid will be completely refunded, and one half of each Registration Fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations on or after May 28, 2009
- There will be no refunds for cancellations on or after May 28, unless the place can be filled.
