CampStarTrail2009: Registration Fees

Camp fees consist of a per person Registration Fee plus a Food and Lodging Fee. Registration fees vary with age. Food and Lodging Fees vary with housing options. Every participant must register.

At registration participants will express preferences for housing. Camp staff will assign housing. Camp staff will try to honor your housing preferences, but it may not be possible because there is limited space in each building.

Payment

• The registration fee and a deposit on the cost for food and lodging are due at time of registration.
• For those registering by early April, housing will be assigned by April 15. For those registering later, housing will be assigned as registrations are received.
• Bills for additional fees will be mailed at the time housing is assigned. Final payment is due June 1, 2009.
• For housing assignments after June 1, 2009, final payment will be due within 10 days of receiving the housing assignment.

Late Registration Fee

• There will be a late fee of $30 per person added to each youth, young adult, and adult Registration Fee on or after May 1, 2009.

Fees

Note these adjustments to the lodging fees in the following table:

• Campers: Discount of $75 per person off Standard Food and Lodging Fee
• Spring Cabins: Discount of $25 per person off Standard Food and Lodging Fee
• Angel’s Gulch: No surcharge or discount from Standard Food and Lodging Fee
• Sjogren: Surcharge of $150 per week for each room
• Swanson Center: Surcharge of $250 per week for each room
