When you subscribe, the subscription becomes effective with the next newsletter mailed out. At the end of each mailing from this list there is an easy link to unsubscribe, should you wish to do so. The email addresses on this list are not shared with any other provider; your privacy is important to us. (This address list is maintained separate from the district’s own database, so if you change email addresses be sure to resubscribe to the newsletter here as well as letting the district know your new address.)

About The Prairie Star

The Prairie Star is distributed via email at least three times a year (in February, May, and September). There will be additional issues when there is timely news to share.

Purpose

The purpose of the newsletter is to share the news of the District among people and congregations and to inform and educate people about events and issues which may be of interest and importance.

Submissions

We welcome news, comments and suggestions. The deadlines for submitting information for regularly scheduled editions are January 30, April 30, and August 30.

Recipients

The Prairie Star will be emailed to congregational leaders using email address lists supplied by the congregations and to interested persons who subscribe. In addition it is published on our Web site. Printed copies will be mailed on request.

If you would like a subscription, fill in the form at the top of the page. If someone you know would like to receive The Prairie Star and does not have email access, please send a request with a name, mailing address, and congregational affiliation. Subscriptions are free to members of Unitarian Universalist congregations in Prairie Star District.
