Leadership Conferences are weekend long conferences offering training and networking opportunities for congregational leaders. Multiple tracks of workshops run concurrently in the same location. Bring a team from your congregation (President, committee chairs, Board members), carpool and share lodging, gather information to enhance your congregation’s life, start the year with new insights and new contacts.
Tracks
- Presidents Track
- for current Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Presidents Elect.
- Treasurers Track
- for Treasurers, Finance Committee members, bookkeepers, anyone with an interest in tracking the congregation’s finances.
- Membership Track
- for Membership Chairs, Hospitality Chairs, anyone with an interest in membership and growth in UU congregations.
- Leadership Skills Track
- for congregation leaders (officers, board members, committee members) who have already attended a Leadership Conference track for a specific position and/or are interested more advanced leadership skills.
- Voluntarism Track
- based on a curriculum “Voluntarism & Spirituality” which offers inisights into recruiting and retaining volunteers.

Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Costs
- Cost per person to be announced includes registration and materials, Friday evening snacks, Saturday breakfast and lunch.
- Participants are responsible for their own housing arrangements.
- Information on nearby motels will be sent on request.
- Limited home hospitality may be available if requested at least two weeks in advance.
- Participants will be on their own for dinner on Friday and Saturday.
