Brief Description
Too often planning in congregations becomes a burden, even a distraction. More congregations are doing planning work in shorter, more energizing pieces. This online workshop will share ten good ideas about how you can integrate strategic planning into congregational life.
Leaders
- Special guest leader for this workshop will be the Central Midwest District Consultant, Daniel Wiseman who has led planning processes in many UU congregations and for many non-profit organizations.
- Workshop Host is Rev. Ian S. Evison, Congregational Services Director, Central Midwest District.
General Information
- Workshop will be 75 minutes long, with a presentation and time for discussion.
- Participants will need a computer with high speed Internet access and a separate phone line.
- The workshop Web site address and call-in phone number will be emailed to those registered 24 hours before the workshop.
- A tutorial on how to participate in an online workshop is available. It is a slideshow, less than five minutes long, which explains what to expect and how to use the workshop software.

- Registration is required by 4:00 PM the day before the workshop.
