From Des Moines:

1. Take I-35 North all the way to the Highway 30 West exit (111 B).
2. Go West on Highway 30 until you get to a 4-way stop in Boone.
3. Turn left at the stop signs and continue going South.

From Story City:

1. Take I-35 South all the way to the Highway 30 West exit (111 B).
2. Go West on Highway 30 until you get to a 4-way stop in Boone.
3. Turn left at the stop signs and continue going South.
4. See “The Last Mile,” below.

From Ames:

1. Go West on Highway 30 until you get to a 4-way stop in Boone.
2. Turn left at the stop signs and continue going South.
3. See “The Last Mile,” below.

From Ogden:

1. Drive East on Highway 30 until you get to a 4-way stop in Boone.
2. Turn right at those signs and continue going South.
3. See “The Last Mile,” below.

From Boone:

1. Go South on Story Street until you get to the 4-way stop intersection with Highway 30.
2. Continue going South (straight).
3. See “The Last Mile,” below.

The Last Mile:

1. Turn right at the next stop sign you see.
2. Keep on going on this road (Oriole Road) until you go down a rather steep hill.
3. At almost the base of this hill is the entrance to Hantesa.
4. Turn left and enter the camp ( 5 mph ).
