Circulation Policy
Orders are filled on a first come, first served basis.
Materials are borrowed or specific time intervals. If you do not return items by due date other borrowers will have programming problems.
When turn around time is tight between borrowers, you may be asked to send the items directly to the next borrower.
VHS and audio cassettes are loaned for ONE MONTH.
The Earthball is loaned for ONE MONTH
Materials are available as complete sets. Do not request units or portions of curricula.
Shipping
Ship all materials UPS or Parcel Post. All packages MUST BE INSURED for the full value of contents. Save your packing slip when you receive your order so that you will know the value to insure. Pack carefully to avoid damage.
Lost or Damaged Items
The borrower is responsible for replacement or repair costs.
Additions to Library
If there are materials you would like made available through the library, please contact the librarian. New items are purchased each year.
