Annual Conference 2011 Archive
Registration Fees
Registration fees do not include the cost of Accommodations.
- Adult (age 36 and over)
- $140 per adult on or before March 18, 2011
- $160 per adult March 19 to April 1
- $160 per adult at the conference on April 8 or 9 (Walk-in registration does not include any meals.)
- Young Adult (ages 18 through 35)
- $75 per young adult on or before March 18, 2011
- $100 per young adult March 19 to April 1
- $100 per young adult at the conference on April 8 or 9 (Walk-in registration does not include any meals.)
- Youth (Grades 7 through 12)
- $20 per youth to attend Def Con 3 Youth Conference (registering on or before March 18, 2011)
- $25 per youth to attend Def Con Youth Con (registering March 19 to April 1)
- $10 per adult sponsor to attend Def Con 3 Youth Conference
- same rate as young adults to attend the full Conference (and not Def Con 3)
- Child (Grade 6 and under)
- $20 per child accompanied by a registered adult before April 1
- $20 per child at the conference on April 8 or 9 (Walk-in registration does not include any meals.)
Registration Deadlines

- Early registration deadline: March 18, 2011, 11:59 PM
- Final online or mailed in registration deadline: April 1, 2011, 11:59 PM.
- Walk-in registrations will be accepted on April 8 and 9, at full rates but will not include any meals.
Registration and Check-In On Site
- Conference registration and check-in will be in the north lobby of the Airport Holiday Inn.
- Conference registration and check-in will be open from 4:00 to 8:00 PM Friday and from 7:00 to 9:00 AM on Saturday.
- Participants who have been named as delegates by their congregation must sign-in at the conference check-in table by 7:30 AM on Saturday in order to be able to vote at the Annual Business Meeting.
Accommodations
- Don’t forget to make arrangements for accommodations in Des Moines. See Accommodations for information about the conference hotel and how to make reservations there, or for information about how to share a room.
- The reservation deadline for the conference rate at the Airport Holiday Inn is March 18, 2011.
Photo Release
By registering for the conference you are agreeing to be photographed. Videos and photos may be used on our web site and in District print publications. If you have serious concerns about your picture being used, please contact Barb Royal at royalbl [at] mac [dot] com prior to the conference. You will need to let us know some way to identify you (perhaps a distinctive jacket or hat) during the conference so that we will know not to use your picture.
Cancellations
To cancel a Conference Registration, e-mail Deidre Fudge, Conference Registrar, at the address below.
- If we receive your cancellation in hand on or before April 1, we will refund your fees minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds will be made by check.
- If you cancel after April 1, or we receive your cancellation in hand after that date, we will be unable to refund your fees.
- Hotel reservations must be canceled with the hotel.
Roster of Attendees
After the conference, you will be able to download a full roster of attendees (less those who opt out), including contact information. Please request the password from our Web Coordinator, Ben Stallings, bstallings [at] psduua [dot] org.
