Carpooling

See Carpools to coordinate a carpool to the conference with other attendees from your area. Please sign up if you can provide rides for others or if you need a ride.

Airport Connections

Hotel Shuttles

The Holiday Inn provides shuttle service to and from the airport. No reservations are needed. There is a courtesy phone located at baggage claim.

Car Rentals

The Des Moines International Airport has eight in-terminal rental car agencies, located at the baggage claim area of the terminal.

Parking

Parking at the hotel is free and onsite.
