Youth CoordinatorThe Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Ames is seeking a part-time (Approx 6 hours week) Youth Coordinator. Hours to be determined with supervisor. Work with youth and the Director of Youth and Children’s Ministries to coordinate youth programs and activities, communicate with youth, parents, staff, and the larger congregation. The Youth Coordinator will also work to recruit and foster support for adults working as volunteer youth advisors. Requirements include: Being a mature person who has experience in youth leadership – either as a youth leader in the past or as a youth director. Must be flexible, have good boundaries, allow youth to lead when appropriate, and have great communication (written and oral) skills. Expires: February 28, 2012 Director of Religious EducationThe Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Topeka is immediately accepting applications for a full-time Director of Religious Education for our growing religious ed. program for children 0-18. Our vibrant program serves nearly 60 children through middle school, and 15 senior high youth. The DRE is expected to work all but one Sunday a month from August through May (with one Sunday free from church duties), and has June and July off.
